OneDistrict does not guarantee the authenticity, ownership, quality, availability, legality, profitability, or suitability of any listing and shall not be held liable for any loss, dispute, fraud, misrepresentation, damage, injury, or financial loss arising from transactions conducted through the platform.

Where applicable, commissions, brokerage fees, advertising fees, or service charges earned by OneDistrict relate only to the platform’s facilitation and promotional services and do not constitute participation in the underlying transaction.

For legal ownership transfers, registrations, documentation, taxation, and compliance requirements, users are advised to consult qualified legal professionals, government authorities, or relevant experts.
